The Labour Law (Official Gazette No. 914, 2007) Article 59(5) says the minimum salary cannot be less than the amount fixed by the Government, but no instrument fixing an amount has been published. The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs still lists determining the workers minimum wage as an open topic of the High Labour Council (news of 2 February 2026, 1404/11/13). No rows.
