A reference, not legal advice.

How you may use WageTable, and what we can and cannot promise about it.

Using WageTable

WageTable (wagetable.com) is a free reference for minimum wage rates. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Not legal advice

Everything on WageTable is general information. It is not legal, tax or employment advice, and using the site does not create a lawyer-client or any other professional relationship. Which rate applies to a particular job can depend on facts the site cannot know. Before you act on a figure, check the statute, ordinance or agency page linked next to it, or ask the labor agency named on the page or a qualified lawyer.

Accuracy

Each figure is taken from a primary source, quoted word for word and dated when it was last verified. Even so, laws change, official sources contain errors, and we make mistakes. Scheduled increases can be changed or delayed by legislatures, courts or ballot measures, and figures marked as projected are estimates until they are certified.

If you find an error, please tell us at [email protected] with the page and the source that shows the correct figure.

No warranty

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will be available at any given time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, WageTable and the people behind it are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content, including unpaid or overpaid wages, penalties, interest, legal costs or lost profits. Where the law does not allow this limitation, our liability is limited to the minimum the law permits.

Our content

The site's text, design, images and the compilation of its data are protected by copyright and database rights. Statutes, regulations and other official texts quoted on the site remain subject to their own terms.

You may link to any page, and you may quote individual figures or short passages with attribution, for example "Source: WageTable (wagetable.com)" with a link to the page. You may not copy the dataset or substantial parts of the site, scrape or systematically download pages, or republish the content, without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, overload it with automated requests, probe it for vulnerabilities, or access it by automated means other than ordinary search-engine crawling that respects robots.txt.

Other websites

WageTable links to government sites, legislatures and other sources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or availability.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it. Questions: [email protected]. How we handle data is described in the privacy policy.

WageTable

Every figure on WageTable renders from a row in our dataset with a verbatim quote from the primary source and a verification date. Rates shown are current as of the build date, October 1, 2026. This is a reference, not legal advice; check the linked statute or agency page before acting on it.
