Collective agreements (Kollektivvertraege) cover about 98 % of employees and set sector minima; the social partners' 2017 agreement targets EUR 1,500 gross per month in all KVs. Eurostat (world-eurostat-minimum-wages, July 2026) lists it among the countries without a national minimum wage.
