Cambodia has no general statutory minimum wage. Pay floors come from collective agreements or sector rules; see the notes and any sector rows below.
No general minimum wage: under the Law on Minimum Wage (2018) the Minister of Labour and Vocational Training sets by Prakas, on the National Council for Minimum Wage's advice, an annual monthly minimum wage only for workers in the textile, garment, footwear, travel goods and bags sector: 208 US dollars per month from 1 Jan 2025 (Prakas 211/24) and 210 US dollars per month from 1 Jan 2026 (Prakas 214/25). The 2027 figure was still under negotiation on 2026-09-27.
