The House of Representatives set a 1000 LYD minimum salary for public and private sector workers in the draft unified salaries law (September 2022) and approved the unified salary table law on 22 November 2022, but no law number, text, Official Gazette publication or effective date is on file, and in September 2026 the unified salary table was still being worked on.
