Minimum wage in Oman

Oman has no general statutory minimum wage. Pay floors come from collective agreements or sector rules; see the notes and any sector rows below.

Minimum wage for Omani nationals in the private sector only: OMR 325 per month (OMR 225 basic plus OMR 100 allowances) from 1 July 2013 per WageIndicator (secondary, 2026-09-26). No minimum for expatriate workers, so no general statutory minimum; the nationals-only rate is not yet a row for lack of an official source.
