Minimum wage in Rwanda
Rwanda has no general statutory minimum wage. Pay floors come from collective agreements or sector rules; see the notes and any sector rows below.
No minimum wage in force. Law 66/2018 art. 68 leaves the minimum wage to a Ministerial Order that has not been issued (no order in the Official Gazette through May 2026). The legacy RWF 100 per day figure from the 1970s labour code is still quoted by aggregators but has no located official text and is not applied.
