Notas sobre las reglas y fuentes de esta jurisdicción

Utah Code § 34-40-103 lets the Labor Commission set the minimum wage by rule (Utah Admin. Code R610-1) but not above the federal rate, so Utah tracks the federal $7.25. The DOL state table notes the state law excludes FLSA-covered employment. Minors may be paid $4.25 for their first 90 days; tipped cash wage $2.13.
