Salario mínimo mensual legal vigente (SMMLV) set yearly by decree when the tripartite commission does not agree; the auxilio de transporte (transport allowance, for workers earning up to two SMMLV) is a separate decree and is recorded in notes, not as a wage row. SMMLV 2026 is COP 1.750.905 per month; auxilio de transporte 2026 COP 249.095 (Decreto 1470 de 2025), not a wage row. Decreto 1469 was provisionally suspended on 12 Feb 2026 and Decreto 159 de 2026 re-set the same amount; the suspension was reportedly lifted in July 2026.
