Un nouvel alinéa de l’article 60 a été ajouté comme suit: « Le salaire minimum interprofessionnel garanti (SMIG) en République de Djibouti en dessous duquel un travailleur ne peut être embauché est fixé à 35 000 FDJ ». Les dispositions du présent alinéa sont applicables aux contrats individuels du travail à compter du 1er Janvier 2018.
