Rajasthan notifies one statewide schedule of minimum wages for all 51 scheduled employments in Part I (including shops and commercial establishments, item 16) and agriculture in Part II, in four skill bands (unskilled, semi-skilled, skilled, highly skilled) with no zones. Rates are consolidated (the cost of living allowance is included, no separate VDA) and stated per month and per day (monthly / 26). They are revised by notification under ss. 3 and 5 of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 after CPI increases (Labour Bureau CPI-IW for Jaipur, Ajmer and Bhilwara centres); the current schedule was notified in the Rajasthan Gazette Extraordinary of December 13, 2024 with effect from 01.01.2023, superseding the notification of 28.06.2022. No later revision was found as of Sep 2026.
