به‌گزارش خبرگزاری مهر، سازمان تأمین اجتماعی اعلام کرد: در پی صدور بخشنامه وزارت تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی در خصوص تغییر حداقل دستمزد روزانه و سایر سطوح دستمزدی و حداقل مزایای پرداختی به کارگران مشمول قانون‌کار در سال ۱۴۰۴، سازمان تأمین‌اجتماعی در بخشنامه‌ای مقررات مربوط به دستمزد روزانه مبنای کسر حق‌بیمه از ابتدای سال جاری را به واحدهای اجرایی این سازمان ابلاغ کرد. بر اساس این بخشنامه، حداقل دستمزد روزانه مبنای وصول حق‌بیمه بیمه‌شدگان مشمول قوانین کار و تأمین‌اجتماعی (به استثنای مشاغل و فعالیت‌های دارای دستمزد مقطوع) مبلغ ۳،۴۶۳,۶۵۶ ریال اعلام شده و سایر سطوح دستمزدی مبنای کسر حق بیمه نیز بر اساس آخرین دستمزد روزانه سال ۱۴۰۳، معادل ۳۲ درصد به‌علاوه رقم ثابت روزانه ۳۱۰,۵۳۵ ریال افزایش می‌یابد.

Under art. 41 of the Labour Law the Supreme Labour Council fixes the minimum wage each year for the Iranian year starting 1 Farvardin (21 March in 2025 and 2026), in rials (IRR). The circulars state a daily figure: IRR 5,541,850 per day from 1 Farvardin 1405 (21 March 2026) and IRR 3,463,656 per day for 1404 (from 21 March 2025). The monthly figure commonly quoted for 1405, IRR 166,255,500, is 30 times the daily minimum and is not stated in the circular.
