Salaire minimum légal set by decree under article 356 of the Code du travail (loi n° 65-99): SMIG per hour in non-agricultural activities (industry all) and SMAG per day in agricultural activities (industry agriculture). Published: décret 2-23-799 (16,29 DH/h and 88,58 DH/day from 1 September 2023) and décret 2.25.983 (17,92 DH/h from 1 January 2026, 97,44 DH/day from 1 April 2026). The intermediate 2025 step of décret 2.24.1122 (17,10 DH/h from 1 January 2025, 93 DH/day from 1 April 2025) is not published, so there is a gap in 2025 (the 2023 rows end on the repeal dates stated in art. 3 of décret 2.24.1122).
