Palau's Minimum Wage Act, as amended in 2024, raised the national minimum wage to USD 4.25 on 1 October 2024 and USD 5.00 on 1 October 2025. Students, probationary workers aged 20 or under (up to 90 days), non-profit employees, and up to two farmers and two domestic helpers per employer are exempt.
