Artículo 1.- Objeto Incrementar en S/ 105.00 (ciento cinco y 00/100 Soles) la Remuneración Mínima Vital de los trabajadores sujetos al régimen laboral de la actividad privada, con lo cual la Remuneración Mínima Vital asciende a S/ 1,130.00 (un mil ciento treinta y 00/100 Soles). El incremento tiene eficacia a partir del 1 de enero de 2025.
