Notes on this jurisdiction's rules and sources

National monthly and hourly minimum. Until 2024 the 基本工資 (basic wage) was set by the Ministry of Labor under Labor Standards Act Art. 21 on the Basic Wage Deliberation Committee's advice, with Executive Yuan approval; the Minimum Wage Act (最低工資法, in force 2024-01-01) replaced it with the 最低工資 (minimum wage) from 2025-01-01, set each year by the Minimum Wage Deliberation Council and approved by the Executive Yuan. The monthly figure applies to monthly-paid workers, the hourly figure to hourly-paid workers; they are separate rows (period month / hour). Pending: on 2026-09-24 the Minimum Wage Deliberation Council decided NT$30,900 per month and NT$205 per hour from 2027-01-01 (press reports); not published until Executive Yuan approval and the MOL announcement are on an official page.
