Zimbabwe sets 2 rules of its own. Year pages: 2026, 2027.

Notes on this jurisdiction's rules and sources

General minimum wage for employees not covered by a National Employment Council agreement ('unclassified operations'), set under Labour Act s 19-20. Published rows come from the Cabinet decision of 16 June 2026 (Nineteenth Post-Cabinet Press Briefing, with immediate effect) - US$270 per month payable in local currency, and US$90 for domestic workers (US$99-117 for cooks/housekeepers and minders, not published). The gazetted SI was not located (Veritas SI list lacks it; ZimLII 403). The previous general rate, S.I. 186 of 2024 ('$150,00' per month, gazetted 22 November 2024, agriculture and domestic employers exempted), is registered but not published because the notice prints the currency only as '$' and states no commencement date. Most workers are covered by sectoral NEC collective agreements gazetted as SIs, which are not in the dataset.
