Notes on this jurisdiction's rules and sources
Minimum wages are set by Minimum Wages Orders made by the Minister of Human Resources under section 23 of the National Wages Consultative Council Act 2011 [Act 732], on the Council's recommendation (reviewed at least every two years). Each order gives a monthly and an hourly rate plus daily rates by number of working days per week (6/5/4; not published here). Domestic servants are excluded.
