Overtime

Minnesota requires overtime of at least 1.5 times the regular rate for hours worked over 48 in a workweek; employers covered by the federal FLSA must still pay overtime after 40 hours. (non-exempt employees under Minn. Stat. 177.23, subd. 7 (Minnesota Fair Labor Standards Act))
